Parodius da! - Shinwa Kara Owarai e is a Gradius-parody side scrolling shooter (sadly it is not a coop) released in 1992 by Konami. It stars four characters including Vic Viper, Octopus, Twinbee and Pentarou the Penguin. They have a unique arsenal of weapons for each character. Their enemies are ridiculous and wacky. With mini-bosses like a cat ship, a Vegas dancer, a naked woman and a Geisha ghost to name a few and bosses like the Penguin, American Bird, Sumo Pig & the Octopus. Omake gameplay is also included which will make you continue after dying instead of restarting from a checkpoint.
